Dr. Tom Ardelt
Dr. Ardelt grew up in Wheaton, Illinois. He now lives in Glendale with his wife Judy and three children – twins Ryan and Elizabeth, youngest daughter Lauren.
Dr. Ardelt received a Bachelor of Science in 1978 from Illinois State University, a Master’s of Science in 1986 from Illinois State University, and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1993 from the University of Florida. Then, he was an assistant professor of aquatic animal medicine at Mississippi State University before spending 3 years at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida where he treated and coordinate the healthcare of the many animals at the amusement park (ie. fish, sea turtles, dolphins, and manatees). He joined the team at Arrowhead Ranch in 1999. Dr. Ardelt’s professional interests include education and helping others advance or learn.
Dr. Marty Glanzberg
Dr. Glanzberg grew up in Tucson as an avid animal lover. His work at a molecular biology lab spurred his interest in science and his love of animals made
it an easy choice to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. He now lives in Peoria with his two rescued dogs, Laphonda the Golden Retriever and Pearl
the Labrador Retriever.
Dr. Glanzberg received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in 2000. He earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2004. He joined the team at Arrowhead Ranch in 2004. Dr. Glanzberg’s professional interests include allergies, cardiology, and dentistry.
Dr. Kerry Tarr
Dr. Tarr grew up in a small town in rural Ohio. Her love of animals began at an early age and she spent countless hours at her father’s veterinary practice – helping on the family farm. She now lives in Phoenix with her husband John, two daughters (Sophie and Lucy), and two miniature Australian Shepherds (Bumpers and Dottie).
Dr. Tarr received her Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in 2004 and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ohio State University in 2009. She joined the team at Arrowhead Ranch in 2009. Dr. Tarr’s professional interests include dentistry, soft tissue, orthopedic surgery, and arthritis management.
Dr. Lindsey O'Connell
Dr. O’Connell was born and raised here in Glendale, Arizona. Veterinary medicine has been a great way for her to blend her early love of animals with scientific curiosity. She currently lives in Glendale with her senior kitty, Phoebe.
Dr. O’Connell received a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 2013. Her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine was earned from Colorado State University in 2018. Dr. O’Connell joined the Arrowhead Ranch team in 2018 upon returning home. Her professional interests include behavior, dentistry, and feline medicine.
Dr. Chelsea Randall
Dr. Randall grew up in Naperville, Illinois. Her work in a genetics lab as well as a wildlife clinic sparked her love of veterinary medicine. She now lives in Phoenix with her husband Dennis and two Siberian Huskies (Crowley and Mariska).
Dr. Randall received her Bachelor of Science from University of Illinois in 2014 and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from University of Illinois in 2018. She joined the team at Arrowhead Ranch in 2018. Dr. Randall’s professional interests include preventative medicine, neurology, and exotics.
